Depression

Depression is also known as a major depressive disorder or clinical depression is a common and serious mood disorder. People with depression experience persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness and lose interest in activities they once enjoyed. Both emotional and physical symptoms can cause depression.

Stress Management

Stress refers to being overwhelmed by a particular situation where an individual cannot cope mentally, emotionally or physically. It can be of various kinds; whether work stress, relationship stress, career-related stress, etc. Chronic and prolonged stress can lead to various mental health problems and medical problems.

It helps you figure out your interests and what you want out of your education, career, and life. And focuses on identifying the factors influencing your career development, helping you assess your interests, abilities, and values.

The concerns could range from those related to sexual identity, orientation as well as factors that may affect the same. Usually facilitated by a queer affirmative therapist, it can be effective for individuals of any age, gender or sexual orientation. The therapeutic environment focuses on self acceptance in a non judgemental space and provides guidance for concerns affected by social, economic & political factors.

Self growth & development

It works with your relationship with the self and deals with personal growth. Aspects like improving one’s own performance, realising personal goals, understanding one’s own emotions
and mental health and working towards a better version of
